Welcome to the Bear's Room Blog!
We have had an excellent first week of school. We spent the week getting familiar with the classroom and learning about our friends. Everyone is getting into the routine and use to our schedule. We would like to thank all of the parents for your efforts in making this week as smooth as possible.
The boys and girls did a great job using scissors and listening skills while making their bears for our bulletin board in the hallway. We have not sent home many projects so far only because we have been saving examples for their All About Me books. We will be keeping a portfolio for every child and sending it home at the end of the school year to show their progress.
Please remember our allergies in this classroom, check all food labels for lunches and make sure they contain no nut products, also please make sure you do not send any pencils or erasers from home because they may contain latex and become airborne. Thank you kindly in this matter.
If you have an old digital camera that you would like to donate please let us know! We would love to post pictures and show you our fun projects!
We will be updating this blog weekly so be sure to check us out!
